Junior chefs from the Children’s Cooking Class whipped up a special breakfast of cinnamon French toast bread pudding and Shakshuka, a combination of tomatoes, onions, garlic, spices and gently poached eggs. What a yummy treat for a cool, early spring morning! Thanks to Youth Program Director Marcel Quinones, the volunteers and, of course, our wonderful supporters who contribute to the success of this innovative program, which focuses on culinary education and socialization for our young participants.
