In this installment of Lunch Break Children’s Cooking Class “Cooking With My Hero” series, participants demonstrate how to make whipped cream. Making butter and whipped cream at home is a fun, edible activity for children.
If you don’t have an electric mixer, just place a small marble in a mason jar, fill half way with heavy cream and seal tightly. Shake vigorously until whipped cream forms (about 5 minutes), and even longer for butter and buttermilk (another 5-10 minutes).
