Meet Our Instructors
Tamara Suvil serves as a Community Manager for Chase in Roselle, NJ, focusing on Community & Business Development. Her role involves establishing and maintaining relationships with community leaders, non-profits, and small businesses, along with hosting financial health workshops and supporting community programs. She actively works towards advancing racial equity in Black, Hispanic, and Latinx communities through financial education and resources. Tamara, with over a decade in the financial sector and previous roles like Service Manager and Regional Banking Branch Manager, is part of Chase’s Black Organization for Leadership Development and Women on the Move, as well as Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. Residing in Union County, she enjoys spending leisure time with family, friends, watching basketball, and traveling.
Charles Paez, a Community Manager in Union County, NJ, specializes in Community & Business Development for Chase. He focuses on fostering relationships with community leaders, non-profits, and small businesses, and organizes financial health workshops and community programs. Charles is committed to promoting racial equity, especially in Black and Latinx communities, by providing financial tools and resources. With over 15 years in financial services, including roles as Financial Center Manager and Financial Manager at Bank of America, he is now part of JP Morgan Chase’s Adelante Business Resource Group. His volunteer work includes contributions to the Community Food Bank of NJ, YMCA, New Jersey Junior Achievement, HISPA, and The Elizabeth Coalition.
