Lunch Break NJ Family Promise Program is Here to Help

According to a new report, renters would need to make more than $33 an hour to afford a modest two-bedroom apartment in NJ. Residents making the state minimum wage would have to work 95 hours a week to afford a two-bedroom apartment. The Lunch Break NJ Family Promise Program is addressing affordable housing needs by offering families temporary shelter through community partners, budget and counseling service, life skills, basic needs, guidance, mentoring and more.
