Lunch Break will host its third annual online Artists Open Hearts for Lunch Break fundraiser April 29th-May 8th, 2022. Last year we raised more than $30,000 through the generosity of our talented arts community. The fundraiser helps to provide food security for so many of our neighbors who are struggling with financial burdens.

Proceeds from the art auction will benefit Lunch Break. Thank you!

Works by New Jersey artist, JP Nicolaides, best known for mono prints — individual hand-cut images, designed in layers of contrasting color, values and shapes. “For texture and mark-making, I gather a fun, or odd, depending on your point of view, collection of household and found items — onion bags, packing materials, plastic wrap — giving multiple lives to environmentally unfriendly substances. The results are abstract paintings reflecting what’s on my mind and what’s happening around us.”
