Our Caring Community Restores Hope

Our Caring Community Restores Hope December 29, 2021 12:00 pm

We’ve accomplished much together in 38 years, among them:

  • Two young sisters, abandoned by family, and a determined Navy veteran, who moved to Monmouth County so her autistic son could enroll in specialized classes, received donated cars, offering them a green light to meaningful employment and hope for a secure future.
  • A local woman with a debilitating condition was offered food assistance to help her through the pandemic.
  • High school juniors and seniors received college prep guidance and vocational skills training through the Alliance For Success program.
  • A former homeless woman, who received financial and housing assistance from Family Promise of Monmouth County, relied on Lunch Break’s Client Choice pantry during periods of financial hardship.

These are just a few of the amazing ways YOU have offered thousands in Monmouth County and beyond help for today and hope for tomorrow. The demand will be greater in 2022, as Lunch Break launches new initiatives and welcomes Family Promise into our network of programs, and we trust in the knowledge that together, we will rise to the challenge. Thank you for your continued support!
