Our Sincerest Condolences

Lunch Break offers sincere condolences to the family, friends and colleagues of Lt. Gov. Sheila Oliver. Ms. Oliver’s untimely passing is a great loss to New Jersey, however, her legacy as a champion for equity in housing and fair government will remain a testament to her strong beliefs in building caring communities. As the first black woman to hold statewide office and an advocate for women’s leadership roles, she remains a role model for women and minorities.
