Partnering with Nourishing Neighbors to Feed our Children

Children should spend the summer months enjoying fresh air and sunshine, without the gnawing feeling of an empty stomach. We’re doing our best to make sure kids in our community can enjoy their summer break, but we can’t do it alone. Luckily, there are community partners such as Acme Market Foundation.

Acme Market Foundation’s Nourishing Neighbors recently awarded Lunch Break a generous grant to help feed children during the summer. We want to thank Acme Market Foundation Nourishing Neighbors for their generous donation and for joining us in the fight to alleviate hunger.
