Lunch Break is growing vegetables! Kudos to the Red Bank Catholic Gardening Club for installing and managing raised garden beds on our property. RBC teacher and garden club leader Bryan Nesci brings his passion and vision to this exciting new project that combines learning, nutrition, and environmental awareness to the Lunch Break community. Our first harvest of leafy greens is scheduled for late September. Mr. Nesci and the RBC students are ushering Lunch Break into the “Hyper Local” food movement!
