Life Skills Manager Mary Ann LaSardo
Mary Ann, among staff working from home, is focusing on shifting many Life Skills programs to virtual during this pandemic. She, Life Skills Coordinator Eleanor Herdeen and the Program team also are gearing up for processing applications for the COVID-19 Fund Phase II.
Much of what has occupied Mary Ann’s time has been assisting clients with resources through collaborative partnerships and managing Life Skills Center operations. The program has many success stories, thanks to Mary Ann, Eleanor and the volunteer coaches. ESL classes, among the first to go virtual, are seeing a resurgence in the number of participants.
Thank you, Mary Ann, for offering our neighbors some help for today and hope for tomorrow. #whywebreak #givelocal
