The Mindful Hour at the Red Bank Library

Please make time for “The Mindful Hour” with Dr. Carol Penn at 11 a.m. on the first and third Fridays in July and August (Friday, July 2) at the Red Bank Library, Front Street. Join Dr. Penn in yoga, Tai Chi, meditation and other mindset and movement techniques. It’s time well spent for mind-body balance.
