Today, Chelsea found a home in Monmouth County

Today, with ongoing support from her coach, Chelsea found a home in Monmouth County and in February, she received a job offer for Community Outreach Specialist with a local non-profit. In addition to working full time, Chelsea is pursuing a master’s degree in public health. We are incredibly proud of Chelsea, and celebrate her accomplishments. Her three-year journey — from homeless, to college graduate and, now, to realizing her dream of finding meaningful employment — is an inspiration to all. And, it would not have been possible without YOUR continued support.
